Branden Chhuor was our agent for buying our recent home. He did an excellent job making sure the seller and his agent stayed in track, constantly reminding them of our agreement. This was very important to us because we had time constraints and was about to be evicted from our current living situation.
Besides making sure the sellers stayed on track, he was great with communication. Whenever we had any questions his response time was very fast. Since he builds homes, he was more knowledgeable than normal agents. He knew exactly who to contact for paint jobs, plumbers, and so forth that was extremely useful. I highly recommend Branden if you want someone that will get the job done fast, is knowledgeable about the structure of your home and has all the references if you want to make upgrades to your home.
